Jose showed up on time for a quote and then efficiently fixed the issue on-site, explaining exactly what the issue was. We will 100% be calling them again when it's time to fix or replace the remainder of our gutter system.
Very disappointed with this company. Dishonest. Won’t use them again. I’m a retired woman and trusted their assurance that they will replace the broken parts I had shown their inspector. They took advantage of my lack of knowledge with all the names of the specific parts of the gutter system and wrote up a work order mostly replacing parts that I hadn’t asked to be replaced or had any problems with them. We are very thankful we decided to go with Albany Oregon Gutter. From Brady doing the estimate and the office staff "Casey and Tilley" making sure our job kept on track helped relieve any doubt of our choice to use AOG. The first day Levi Mike and Omar took the old gutters down and gave me a couple extra days to prepare and paint fascia boards before they came back and installed the new gutters. Everyone were very professional and courteous. Thank you for a job well done.
