The service itself is great! The receptionist, Renee I think was her name, was absolutely rude. We did what we thought was correct and she got snotty and then acted like helping us was a favor. Then another mishap happened and she got even more condescending. She shouldn’t be in customer service if she doesn’t understand people make mistakes and don’t know everything. I will not go use this service if she’s at the desk. I’ll wait and go back another date or time.
