I’ve had a positive experience with this medical centre. I’ve never had to wait long for an appointment—everything runs very promptly. The reception staff have always been friendly and helpful, both over the phone and in person, which makes the process smooth and stress-free. I’ve found the doctor to be excellent—very knowledgeable and up to date with current medical practices. She took the time to listen, was logical in her approach, and didn’t rush me out the door. Friendly and helpful. Nice people
I will not even bother explaining just how horrible they were to my partner. No empathy or professionalism here. The Surgery across the road has a great GP. I suggest you try any other surgery than this one. Money 💰 money money is all they want. Healthcare comes second and it’s not even good healthcare. Just retire already.
By far the least amount of help ive ever received from any medical centre ever. I don’t recommend going here if you are in pain and need to find out what the pain is or where it’s coming from. Google would have been better help and cheaper.They never followed up with me or even seemed to care after referring me to xrays, ultrasound etc. To which weren’t he help that I really needed
