Difficult to get an appointment here. Unfriendly front desk staff that provide very vague instructions. Was given an 8am appointment when the place opens at 8:30am. Told the person over the phone I was having problems with endometriosis and they put me with a doctor who then informs me I should see an endo specialist in another office - if I mentioned endometriosis and there are endo specialists, then why was I put with this doctor? Gave me an order for an ultrasound... that I can't get in for another two months. Go somewher... read more
Maybe its difficult initially for that first appt to get in, but I've been here 2-3 years seeing Daniel and Dr. Waznak. Both great, reasonable and humane. Plus the ladies at front desk ALWAYS answer phone in the morning, ALWAYS get the message to doctors, and my situation is resolved rather quickly. They are humans, not robots...and its 100% better that way. Usually I can even speak to a doctor if i need to, on the phone, same day... Where else do you get that personable service from a doctor??? No where lol They do somewhat... read more

If you like waiting and no one caring, this is your place. Any time you try to call no one answers, even though you call during business hours. If you do get someone you mine as well not waste your breathe because they will never call you back. Waited 5 months to get an appointment, was first told they had my MRI and to call back in 3 weeks, I call back and turns out they didn't have it. I had my appointment a few weeks ago, they keep sending scripts that the insurance company won't approve, I and the insurance are advising ... read more
