I am extremely disappointed in the office staff at this location. My mother is 76 years old and the way she was spoken about after she went in for her appointment is deplorable. She is nervous and concerned about her health. We drove over an hour to get to this appointment. She simply asked why there was a delay after being the first appointment after lunch. Dr Falk is one of the best, if not the best ENT and plastic surgeon out there. I had reconstructive surgery on my ear and it looks like I never even had surgery on it. I can’t recommend Dr. Falk highly enough.
A shockingly unreliable doctor. Dr. Falk's office canceled 3 consecutive appointments, including not calling me to let me know about the third cancelation. I showed up on time and they told me the appointment had been canceled, but they would squeeze me in about an hour after my scheduled appointment. An hour and 45 minutes later, I decided to leave Dr. Falk's office without having seen him.
