I highly recommend Dr. Ford. He listened intently to my concerns, and the complications I was experiencing. He took the time to explain the surgery and my options. The surgery that he performed was executed efficiently, and follow up care was handled perfectly. Which I can't stress enough how important that is! To anyone reading this review and looking for a general surgeon, or even second opinion, like I did myself, you should make an appointment. Thank you very much team!
Dr. Ford is an excellent surgeon and delivers on his promises. He details expectations for the successful outcomes, as well as for possible surgery complications. I was fortunate to experience his care with the help of the Da Vinci Xi and an excellent Albany Med team, a mere four days ago. My level of recuperation helps support the idea that the Da Vinci is truly "game changing" as one of the anesthesia doctors stated. Excellent Medical Care. By the book. Undoublingly by the word. I have received the most insightful care I could have ever received. It not only came with Excellence but education.
