Getting ahold of anyone is a nightmare! Past due for an appointment and they haven't reached out to me so now trying to call them is ridiculous!
Call and called but got no answer
No competent staff. No providers. Unable to provide services advertised.
From the moment I walked in the door on the 3rd floor, I felt comfortable and cared for. My husband even remarked how pleasant the receptionist, Diana, was. She treated me as if I were the only one in the room. The nurses and physicians that treated me went above and beyond to help calm my nerves. Thank you all for making my experience a good one.
Dr. Syed opted to run tests when I was not experiencing symptoms (flared up). Surprise surprise when all tests come back normal. After several thousand dollars of co-pays and multiple 'scopes, the only advice given was "take Metamucil." I wouldn't trust him to remove a splinter from thumb, much less address complex medical issues.
