Worse hospital experience of my life, staff were rude and un empathetic, came with level 10 pain, left 3 hrs later, with no change. Despite attempting to communicate with staff. I found myself being ignored, and not a priority.

In my experience this is one of the best around, at least for my particular needs. Better than any in Perth. EDIT: Since writing my last review, I was booked in for an operation at 9am, and despite being on time and being in incredible pain (multiple massive kidney stones), I was made to wait in the emergency department until 8.30pm. they completely forgot about me. What is absolutely disgusting, is that when I complained, the triage "nurse" started yelling at me and then immediately called security when I growled back. Also... read more

I was taken to ED with broken ankle on Saturday by Ambulance these guys were excellent, helped to put me at ease. When I arrived at the ED all staff at the ED were exceptional in their support and care given to me, then operation on Monday and again exceptional care given by all staff, nothing was to much trouble at all, excellent service, thank you all for making this huge ordeal so much easier and pleasant for me, thank you

Last time I said it was a great place to die, I now have experience in that thanks to reception (terrible for triage). Big thanks to all the doctors and nurses who weren't that lady.
