Writing this review as 2 ex employees Has taken us this long to comprehend the crap we had to deal with - starting with not being allowed to talk to people staying without the owner/s getting angry with us, felt like we were forever walking on egg shells (P.S. told no caravan park workers are allowed to talk to you) mind you we are travelling full time and have been for 9 months, no problem with workers talking to us at caravan parks except here We do not recommend coming to the caravan park as a worker, permanent or tourist... read more
Great caravan park in a great location. This is the one we stay at when we visit Albany
A wonderful caravan park.Lovely welcome by staff, very helpful.The park is beautifully maintained, lovely lawns right next to the river. Amenities are spotless. Would recommend a stay here. We definitely will be back.
Had a really unpleasant experience when calling this caravan park. Spoke to a lady named Karen (really lived up to the name). I was spoken to rudely and very unprofessional for a caravan park. Wouldn’t recommend visiting this place, there are plenty more caravan parks around Albany with better customer service!
