I went in to buy a car today. Price advertised as $15,999. I was there for an hour test driving it and then when we go to sit down to talk price the salesman says we have a tracking device on all our cars and it costs $1900 more and cant be taken off. They never told me this when I called to see if the car was available. Wasted my time and acted like there was nothing they could do about it. The Albany Ford Subaru Service is struggling for the past 15 years or so (was good in early ****, I know them very well for the past 23 years). The service station is long suffering from incompetence and understaffing. Officers are on the edge of being rude and openly negligent. Worst experience scheduling ******************. People awaken! Had a great experience with Albany Subaru. They were courteous and we did all conversations over the email and phone and the time at dealership was minimal. Knew the details and good walk through with the car features. Very straight forward process and done very fast.
Disrespectful, poor customer service, poor pricing My brand new car was missing mats that I paid for - no offer to fix - I had to go get them on my time. They were incorrect when I got there and when I pointed this out, salesperson mansplained I did know anything- after some internet research and pictures he agreed - yet still couldn’t get me the part! Highly Recommend Albany Subaru - ask for John Nakamura – A positive experience from start to finish - walking into the dealership, meeting John Nakamura and driving off the lot in my new Subaru! I'd just come from a dealership where I walked through the show room, out to the main lot and around the over flow lot with absolutely no interest from any of the sales staff. Albany Subaru earned my business with courtesy and excellent customer service!
