My wife has worked at the hospital for 8 years. I've sent numerous baskets and she always got them. Well, I used Albany floral and it never got there! INo one called or text me to let me know the status until I called them the next day! I told the older lady on the phone that "None of your employees called my phone while at the hospital and told me that they can't find my wife" . We used them for a bouquet, boutonnieres, and corsages for our wedding and had a very good experience. They were easy to work with, affordable, very nice people, and the flowers all looked great.
Very disappointed. The quality of the plants was awful. The arrangement I received did not reflect a business who takes pride in their work. I suggest you use a different business in town.
To say we are disappointed is an understatement. Flowers arrived after my father in laws funeral. We got no call or anything. The quality was not what we expected at all based on our past purchases. They have lost us as a customer.
I always enjoy the flower shop this shop especially they are so helpful and not like online and you can walk around and look I've shopped with them for years every one love whatever I send them thank you Albany Floral& Gifts
