Amazing team, they made my day. Everyone was so efficent and helpful.
I have used Albany Fire Extinguisher for a few years now to service multiple fire extinguishers that are at the cat shelter that I volunteer at. They are wonderful people to deal with! They are professional, educational and extremely nice. I met them this morning and dealt with a gentleman called Nick who could not have been nicer or better and also seem to really enjoy his job. Tom Kretzler gets an A+ for communication, knowledge and passion on fire extinguisher training. The hands-on aspect was a crowd favorite and the trainer's passion bled right over into the training, turning a dry safety topic into one that was keeping everyone's attention. Highly recommend this to anyone interested in getting the basics down and a feel for the PASS approach of fire extinguisher use.
