I’ve gotten a few loans with them have never had a problem until recently when the district manager cliff blamed an in authorized draft from my account on the fact that the people at the location were new. I had made my payment then approx 2 days later they drafted my account. I tried talking to cliff again he kept cutting me off and would not hardly let me speak even though he new it was clearly their fault. Entire staff has been nothing but nice.. polite, and professional... not one complaint... has always been there every time that I have needed them..
I have been a customer of Albany Finances Monroe office for the past 2 years. I have always found them to be friendly and helpful. I have had to get the Christmas loan and it has been very helpful at that time of year. The Tax professionals are very knowledgeable and I have my taxes done there every year. I am always pleased with my visits to Albany. Mrs I.G.
I have had a great experience with the store in West Monroe. The woman working there is really nice & ant time I need anything they are there. I know it's not the best situation to have to go to a payday loan place but let's face it-sometimes we have to. When I get in those situations this is where I go!
