I have gone to Dr Singh previously but the most recent experience will be my last. While she has made unappreciated comments before, this most recent experience she overstepped professional boundaries in comments that attempted to invalidate my input and placed opinion on aspects of my life for which I did not ask and was completely unprofessional.
We were profoundly dissatisfied with the level of care our parents received from this practice. We would strongly recommend that you encourage geriatric family members to seek medical care elsewhere.
Albany Family Doctors is exceptional in the care of their patients. Having visited every two weeks for the past two years there has not been a single visit at which I have been unhappy with the care provided. Dr Ted Green & Dr Camilo Guerra along with Nurses Jackie, Chloe, Emma & Talia and reception team Tina, Jodie & Mandy (and Luke from 4cyte pathology) are wonderful people. Thank you all for your kindness, patience and expertise when caring for your patients.
