This car wash is a complete joke.. they are the most expensive in town 2.50 to self wash...I just tried washing my car there was no water pressure at all not even enough to finish rinsing my car off , there's still soap on my car... and I am not paying another $2.50 for water. I've just tried calling several times with no answer. Wish I would of looked at Facebook first I wouldn't of wasted my time and money! Worst carwash I ever been too. Like others I've tried to call multiple times and nobody answers. Tried web page to leave complaint and there is no place to leave message. But they have a place to ask about for ndraising. Maybe they could hold a fundraiser to pay back Sll of us that got ripped off. I am safely say that I been to ALBANY EXPRESS WASH twice - FIRST AND LAST TIME!!!!
Don't answer the phone and no one is at the station. Wasted 10$. I WILL BE GETTING MY REFUND
The express wash only cleaned half of my car. I didn't get the wash I selected and when I try to call nobody will answer.
