This company's doctors sent me out the door to die. They also refused basic xrays on two separate occasions. I can show this is true through my medical records.
Horrible service and outrageous prices.
The MD and RN in the ER were amazing!! The ER Physician's billing department however gets the single star due to poor communication regarding my account. They made a mistake but won't own it so I get penalized for it.
Melissa in customer service was great. Unlike many places she actually did what she said she would do and followed up with me on the account and help me tremendously. Great customer service!
The billing company they use is out of state. One of the worst companies I have dealt with. The claim that was sent to the insurance company was coded incorrectly and instead of changing the coding they added notes to the original claim. Of course it was denied again. I spoke with a rep. and he asked me to call my insurance co. to get him the proper codes. I asked to talk to the person that does the coding and was told they do not have a direct number to that person. I even had my insurance company call them with no luck. Th... read more
