Have been working with this company for years. They are a very professional informed company.
HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! We have been trying for TWO MONTHS just to get a price on a replacement part for a garage door from them. They never call back, won't respond, etc. We are taking their door out and will never use Albany again. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!
High end door replacement! Excellent craftsmanship!
Buyer beware. We purchased an Albany brand door from our installer Fall of 2019. 6 months later the coating on the door started peeling. After months of squabbling between the installer and Albany, Albany finally agreed to remove the door and recoat the door. It is now 2 months after the 2nd refinish and the door clear coating is once again peeling off the door. We are very disappointed in the quality of this door after paying over $7000 for a new door.
They are a fantastic company. Real quality. Professionalism. They build doors like they should be built
