A big thank you to the entire team at Albany Dental. The service I received was professional, caring and friendly and all at a very reasonable price. I am delighted with the finished product of my dentures after five teeth extractions. I knew they looked good when my granddaughter remarked, “Grandad I really like your pretend teeth”!!!!
From the moment I walked through the door to the reception I felt welcomed, everyone at Albany Dental are so friendly and caring. I have just finished my Invisalign treatment which went very smoothly. This was my second visit to Albany. I came from a different practice that I was unhappy with. My first contact with the practice was through Terri, the lovely receptionist. I explained my experience at the previous practice and how I was nervous and scared but she, even over the phone, put my mind at rest. I came in, saw her in person and she continued to make me feel much easier. She is the first face we see when we arrive and she is fantastic!
