A great pool day outing for the kids. Pools are clean and well maintained. There is a Cafe that sells typical kiosk food and the amenities are clean and modern.
On the public holiday (Monday, 6 April), I had a very concerning experience at Albany Creek Leisure Centre. The centre was scheduled to close at 4:00pm. I left the change room at 3:58pm, only to find the exit doors from the centre already locked. Luckily, there were still staff inside who were able to let me out. However, it was clear that no proper check had been done to ensure all patrons had left the facility before locking up. Dear Leisure Centre Team, Thank you for all your great work in keeping the gym such an enjoyable and well-run place. I just wanted to ask if there are any plans to remind members that construction work clothes might not be suitable for gym use. They can bring in dust and other elements that may pose a health risk. It would be great to gently remind everyone that we come to the gym to improve our health, not pick up extra germs. Thanks again for all you do.
Great play area with jets and rapids. Good shaded portion of pool with range you can walk at chest height. Showers have only limited pressure and heat.
