They pretend to care, but then they threaten to send you to collections after making a payment plan with you *that you follow* but their bureaucracy doesn't connect with. I would rather die than to ever deal with these people again.
The entire staff is friendly, compassionate, and listen. I go to both sides of the clinic. They will assist you any way they can. Awesome people
We love everything about ACHC. They are caring, professional, empathetic, and most importantly always strive to make sure all questions were answered, and that those answers were understood. We love the ACHC crew.
This clinic has some very nice and professional, helpful and knowledgeable people working currently. Thankful and appreciated.That being stated. Sad thing is ACH also has some very rude, unprofessional, under qualified and incompetent clinicians also currently working. Multiple clinicians that do not follow Hipaa laws for patients or themselves. Rush appointments and rush or push unnecessary diagnosis or uneeded medications, procedures in order to profit.
