Very disappointed that, as a pensioner, my visit was not bulk billed.
A waste of time. I received a text from the Clinic saying I can have my free Pneumoniacoccial vaccination so subsequently made an appt. . The Dr ran through the vaccinations I already had and all were up to date. I sat and waited for 20 mins waiting for the nurse staff to take me in after seeing the Dr. Both nurses were busy chatting, I felt they were taking their time asking me to come in. Over the last 2 years or so I have been going to this clinic to get my skin checked as my older sister died of cancer at age 50 and I wanted to make sure i was safe. I had a few insignificant spots frozen off over a few visits as well as three potentially dangerous ones cut out. Two of those cuts had to be recut as the margins showed the Dr didn't get it all.
