This has been a very unprofessional customer service experience and no understanding, rude customer service. Justin the service director is also rude and unprofessional. He over talks you, he called portrayed me as liar and I have proof of everything that has transpired. I have been back and forth with Dodge service department with my Dodge Ram 1500 since the beginning of March and now here it is August 3rd and still having issues with vehicle and Justin.
