Albany did a great job removing our deteriorated wood porch this past fall and rebuilding fresh concrete steps with matching brick to the house. It's easy for most contractors to show up and give a quick quote on a project, but what stood out to me with Albany is they actually spent a chunk of time assessing the porch from the inside out and educating me on the entire restoration process, which I really appreciated as a first time home owner. Albany did a fantastic job on our driveway, porch, and retaining walls a couple of years ago- it made our home look finished and updated. This year, when we had an emergency with drain and sewer pipes, Albany took the lead by replacing all the damaged pipes and liasing with the city crew, and will restore our driveway to its former glory next summer, when the ground has settled and dried out. Very pleased with quality of service and project completion.
I recently hired them for a project, and I was thoroughly impressed with their work. The project was completed quickly without compromising on quality and at a very reasonable price. Their efficiency and professionalism made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.
