Most of the staff are friendly and polite, which I appreciate, shout out to Scott and Tony in particular. However, I noticed that when supervisors or senior staff aren't around, the level of professionalism can drop. For example, near closing time on a Friday, one staff member abruptly turned off the lights while we were still working out—apparently impatient or eager to leave a bit early.
