Could have charged me more but didn't. Took double the time they thought and still only charged me the original quote which was still under any other charge out there I'm sure. They went far and beyond their services to make sure my car was up to par for me and my son ... Thank you Albany Auto parts I appreciate you very very much ty.. Lisa

I took my car to Albany Autoworks after a deer hit me. I am so happy with the work they did. It really exceeded my expectations. They charged me less than the estimate which was very fair to begin with. I highly recommend them.
They were very quick to service my car and to respond. Their pricing is reasonable and honest, and they were very helpful over the phone.
I just picked up my car from ALBANY AUTOWORKS after leaving it there all day and they never even looked at my car and they gave me an attitude as if I did something wrong. The strings I pulled in order to leave my car with them for the day was crazy, I called them in advance, and they had my car for 9 hours!!
They were honest with their assessment (didn't take advantage of me) and charged me fairly for the fix (didn't rip me off). I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate that. I'll be taking my car in to them from now on.
If you need your car worked on and want great service and a great price, give these guys a call. They have always worked on our cars and we have always been very pleased. I called on Wednesday to see about getting a wheelbearing put in my car they told me to bring it by Thursday morning and they would have it done before the weekend, long story short it was done before 5 on Thursday! Great job
I took my Jetta to Albany Autoworks for a problem with my ignition and spark plugs and, within TWO days (I was expecting at least a week) got the problem fixed and now my car is working like it just came out of the factory. I highly recommend these guys. They know imports extremely well and will go all-out to keep your car in good condition.
