The food was absolutely delicious, and I really loved the atmosphere. I would definitely come back, especially for the beef stew soup it was so good! The only downside was the service. There were plenty of employees, but it seemed like everyone was focused on the game on TV. I waved a few times, but no one noticed me for a while. Outstanding Vietnamese Pho Experience! This is hands down one of the best bowls of pho I've had in a long time. The broth is the true star—rich, deep, and full of flavor, yet incredibly clean and not greasy at all. You can tell it has been simmered for hours with great care.
