The only complaint i have is he does make you wait long time when he is busy. Ive been with him for 5 years. He helped me get my dexcom meter and is helping me get my insulin pump. I am very satisfied with his services.

When I called the office in bethpage I asked if dr. Frank albano was competent to handlie a cyst on my pituitary. I was assured he was. when I went in I gave him my MRI results and he said this does not say the cyst is on your pituitary. I asked him if this would be affecting my pituitary he said no.luckily he sent me for blood work anyway and guess what ??? the blood work came back negative the cyst is affecting my pituitary and has been. Do not in any way see this doctor if you are in need of an endocrinologist

He was probably one of the worst I've ever seen. Kept me waiting 2 hours! Then asked me what was wrong? I really was perplexed. He sat there and said that my condition is not going to get better? He wasn't even my doctor and he clearly didnt even look at my chart. He had a very “ i could care less” attitude. If you have to make an apointment there, dont see him!!!! You will be highly disapointed in his work ethic and demeanor. I have to say the staff is much better now and alot nicer.
