updated 3/2014 For over a decade I LOVED them, local and good prices but something changed recently. $165 to spend 5 minutes tightening the fan of a poor quality (they recommended), extremely loud cooktop hood they installed just over a year ago. So sorry, it was installed 15 months ago in and not 12, never mind the kitchen wasn't finished and the hood used starting 12 months ago.
