Dishonest and unprofessional. I went in for a routine cleaning and they recommended I return for an additional cleaning. On my second visit they tried to pressure me into an expensive and intense deep cleaning procedure due to “excessive bleeding”. Tried to get me to sign for it on the spot and to “not think about the money”. Something felt wrong so I got a second opinion from a periodontist - sure enough my gums are healthy as can be. Glad I decided to take my business elsewhere!

I am happy that I made the decision to go to Albania Dental, all the staff are very efficient and most importantly I found honesty and a lot of experience, I totally recommend this Dental Clinic.

I provided them with X-rays from about a week before that were standard full mouth x-rays. they told me " these are too small. " and then they charged me for two different sets of x-rays that took up most of my benefits so that by the time they did services on my teeth, I had to pay out of pocket. this is illegal. My dental provider is currently working with me and telling me that they do not stand for this sort of thing and that I provided them with X-rays, and that if a dental office has a preference, that's on them. curre... read more
