Excellence customer service walked in with an emergency they handled it beyond my expectations made me feel like family Dental Assistant and Dr Albania made me feel very comfortable and relaxed highly recommended
I’m honestly shocked at how poor the service was. The dental hygienist almost brought me to tears with her aggressive cleaning. I tried not to show it, but when I spoke up for myself she was very defensive and asked me “why are you here?” I’m someone who has healthy teeth and gets my teeth cleaned regularly. I’ve never had an issue with a cleaning either. I take good care of my teeth. After her assistant tore through my mouth, the dentist tried to say I came in with inflammation.
