If you're like me, when you're injured you do nothing and hope the pain will just go away on its own. Most often, waiting just makes the pain of the injury worse because stiffness sets in. Personally, I prefer relieving that stiffness with physical therapy rather than NSAID's. I highly recommend you use Albanese Physical Therapy in New Brighton. I've received excellent treatment, they've always done their best to accommodate to my busy schedule, in an atmosphere that is both friendly and professional.
My experience at Albanese PT was a good one. I’m working with a therapist named Amy who is outstanding.l’m also working with Rich who is the owner and is also outstanding.
Everyone is very friendly and they listen to your needs.
