The details they put on my familys headstones is beautiful. They did email me with a version before engraving it and im so glad they did . I was able to change my sons picture (i had his picture on a bike) . I changed it to a portrait and thank god . Absolutley wonder work and amazing detail
I met with Jenn back in December about getting 2 monuments. She could see I was under emotional stress and she had me take a seat and I told her that my wife just passed away 2 weeks earlier. I then told her what I was looking for and they didn’t have the design I wanted in their book but she said her Dad could design something for me. Horrible business with no morals botched my family stone. I have a plot for 4 and had 2 names and 2 urns buried. I had them add my name being the third. They without permission used different font and looked nothing like the others. I wasn’t and still not satisfied living with their mistake. Felt screwed already and when my sister died I wanted her name added and they messaged me that they didn’t leave enough room and the solution was to put yet another mistake.
