I met with Jenn back in December about getting 2 monuments. She could see I was under emotional stress and she had me take a seat and I told her that my wife just passed away 2 weeks earlier. Horrible business with no morals botched my family stone. I have a plot for 4 and had 2 names and 2 urns buried. I had them add my name being the third. They without permission used different font and looked nothing like the others. I wasn’t and still not satisfied living with their mistake. Felt screwed already and when my sister died I wanted her name added and they messaged me that they didn’t leave enough room and the solution was to put yet another mistake. They are a family run business who are extremely efficient, kind and helpful. Response time is very prompt and Jenn, whom helped me, listens to your ideas and concerns.
