The hair was good but making someone wait for over a hour when they have an appointment is insane. Makeup was cakey and nothing like the picture so dissapointed

Firstly I had been in communication with this salon via instagram dms where we confirmed I’d be coming around 9am. I was made to wait 20 mins before someone came and asked exactly what I wanted. I proceeded to show the stylist who then informed me I’d need to bleach my hair which is not true as other stylist have said different. I was trying to go for a dark burgundy color.
