We use Asif whenever we run into plumbing issues - he is quick to respond, always on time, polite, and really considerate. He takes the time to explain the issue, quickly diagnoses the problem, and fixes it efficiently. What also stands out is how Asif will check in a few days later to make sure everything’s still working perfectly. It’s rare to find such reliable and thorough service these days. Highly recommended.

​We're absolutely delighted with the job Asif did for us! He successfully installed our new combi boiler and four new radiators. ​This wasn't an easy installation: between the existing pipework and having metal beams in the way, the job was quite tricky and complex. Alban Plumbing and Heating Ltd fitted a new heating element, flushed the hot water tank through, fitted a filter to reduce calcium build up in the future, and adjusted the pressure flow. Great communication, polite and friendly, excellent service and well priced. I highly recommend them. Thank you 😊

Excellent service, I needed a plumber urgently and they came withing a couple of hours. Very clean and tidy. Communication excellent, I asked about doing another little job and they came back and carried this out. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

An amazing service! Asif replaced our toilets and sinks and did a beautiful job. He explained the whole process and followed up the next day to check everything was working properly. They also came out the following week to fix a leak from a shower, they were professional explained the whole process and efficient. Will always be using Alban Plumbing and Heating from now on
