Excellent service at this branch. The whole team were very efficient and I was very satisfied with the work carried out. I would recommend others to visit Alba Tyres for competitive rates and good service.
Booked 4 new tyres through black circles. The garage rang me as soon as I'd booked saying the time slot id booked was really busy and could I come an hour later-absolutely not a problem at all. When I arrived they explained they were busy however I expected a wait so I wasn't bothered and if been informed on the phone to allow 1-1.5 hours. Came here for the first time to get my wheel alignment done, paid online just to get the front wheels done. As soon as I walked into the reception, I told the guy at the till what I came in for and he said in a abrupt way “btw we don’t do the back wheels, you’ll have to get them done somewhere else”, I said that’s fine never asked as I only paid for the front 2 anyway and knew what I was going to get.
