I spotted a Car on line that was for my taste and in my budget. I then realised it was Miles away I mean Miles away from where I live, So I read the reviews on Autotrader and everyone was saying it is worth going to have a look at these cars and the Staff are great. The worst experience, they have cars for sale yet have no knowledge about the cars they are selling, Andrew is extremely rude and arrogant, has no customer service skills, bought a car from them and had nothing but issues, they are very quick to sell the car to you at the beginning but don’t care about the problems with the car afterwards, absolute joke, do not purchase cars from them, they do no prior checks to their cars so buy at your own risk.
Recently got a BMW 330d touring from Alba, a car I’ve always wanted. Having dealt with Arnold Clark a couple of times, Andrew was a breath of fresh air, and I was taken aback by how smooth the whole process was. The car is great, and Andrew passed on valuable tips and advice about owning such a car, his knowledge of higher end vehicles was clear from the start. I was seriously impressed with the fleet of vehicles and if I, or my partner are ever looking to buy another car Alba will be the first place we visit.
