I hired Alba to help my wife with her immigration process. I paid the deposit and haven't received any service since. She won't answer her phone calls, emails or texts. Claim they're waiting for "confirmation" from labcorp to schedule an appointment and the excuse is always "it'll be ready tomorrow" but we never hear anything back
We had an annoying ITIN issue to resolve due to our strange circumstances due to residing overseas. They kept at it and helped call and correct the IRS issues when the application was rejected by the IRS due to missing information already provided and certified to the IRS. Very good to work with and flexible in our unique circumstances. Thank you! Cannot go wrong if you chose to come here.
