I feel comfortable with my trainer at GeekFit, and have made some definite progress towards my goals. The location is Super convenient for those around the Redmond Microsoft campus, and times are flexible.
I have no previous experience with physical training or gym work. I went to Geekfit because the low time investment is worth the price, if it works. Well, it works! I've been going for over a year now, have noticed significant improved strength (and tone ^_^), and have started running on the side spontaneously because one of the trainers is running geek.
