if I could give this place zero Stars I would. they gave me an appointment time for 11:30, they reminded me all freaking week 11:30. so the day comes and I show up at 11:30 and then they say oh your appointment time was at 10:30. no follow-up, no do I want to make another appointment, no anything okay you dumb idiots you should have said 10:30. I haven't heard from anyone since then and basically it feels like I've been ghosted. I don't recommend this place at all. all I really wanted was to be prescribed sleeping medication... read more

I breezed over some of these reviews and honestly I feel like your experience is dependent on who you are working with. I absolutely love the provider I had. I felt supported, heard, and in control of my care. My provider was there to inform me of my options and assist me in meeting my needs. This is what you make it. If you aren't getting your needs met, try a different provider.
