Absolutely disappointed in the service and communication. I confirmed the ring will be ready for my requsted date for in store pick up which was earlier than the estimated date. Today I was told it was shipped and will not be here in time. Disappointed at the over promise. If I had of known at the beginning when I asked I could of at least requested a refund and gone else where, not had my hopes up. :(
Went to visit a friend, but looks like they moved on. Nice entrance, lift, and corridors on 5th floor.
