I bought an expensive item from them and they sent me the wrong item. I have called several times but they don’t answer the phone. So sorry I bought from them. Nice store but bad business practice. I feel stuck with something I didn’t buy. Avoid this store.
We had an issue with our purchase, however after getting in touch with them, they made it right. Beautiful work inside this store, definitely worth the stop.
Horrible experience, my father in law purchased two whales on June 28th. As of today July 20th, they still have not been received. We have called multiple times and get no answer. Emailed and no response, whatever you do, avoid these crooks!!! DO NOT BUY HERE! We have even had Norwegian try to contact them with no response!
The ladies here were super helpful and honest. It was refreshing after going into other stores trying to sell anything.
