If you want to get yelled at for taking photos even though there's no signs, this is the place to go. I understand that a lot of people hate tourists but maybe get a job not with tourists.

Okichie is wondeful! She was very patient and pleasant. Many pieces in this store to enjoy. If you stop over in Ketchikan, take a few moments to explore Alaskan Heritage Gems and Arts.

I bought an expensive item from them and they sent me the wrong item. I have called several times but they don’t answer the phone. So sorry I bought from them. Nice store but bad business practice. I feel stuck with something I didn’t buy. Avoid this store.

Horrible experience, my father in law purchased two whales on June 28th. As of today July 20th, they still have not been received. We have called multiple times and get no answer. Emailed and no response, whatever you do, avoid these crooks!!! DO NOT BUY HERE! We have even had Norwegian try to contact them with no response!
