Excellent service. We had an issue with the fireplace they installed almost 5 years ago (well past warranty). We figured we'd have to pay a technician for a service call, but Ken walked us through it over the phone. Ten minutes later, the problem was solved. Highly recommended.
I just had them install my gas fireplace insert and I am so very pleased, not only with the product but the service. Someone was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. The install was fabulous, no mess, quick and very professional. The price was affordable/comparable as well. I would highly recommend them☺️
Erik and Lucas were the two wonderful gentlemen who installed my new gas fireplace. Talk about good customer service! It was a pleasure having them working in my house. Now I can enjoy a fire with the push of a button. What a wonderful winter we will have. I’ve already taught my son, who has Down Syndrome, how to use the remote. It is so easy. Thanks guys. Can not say enough good things about this company. We just converted our living room fireplace to a gas insert and our installers, Eric and Lou, did a fantastic job. They were polite, friendly and above all, maticulous! From the showroom to the installation, Alaskan Fireplace aimed to make this our best experience. We couldn't be happier!
