RecommendedAlaskan Fireplace installed two high end fireplaces in my new home in Pleasant Prairie along with a central vacuum system. They were wonderful to work with and the folks at Alaskan communicated with each other saving me from micromanaging their part of the job. We recently had Alaskan Fireplace install a new gas insert, converting our wood burning fireplace. Everything from the in home estimate to our experience finalizing the design in their showroom to the installation was exceptional. They were polite, professional, and left our home cleaner than when they arrived. I wouldn’t shop around for any other company because you just don’t have to!
I've used Alaskan Fireplace a few times and each time, they exceed my expectation. I last called Alaskan Fireplace early April 2020, explained my issue, and not only did they offer FREE suggestions to try, but offered to FaceTime with me for FREE to see if they could help since they were unable to send someone out due to COVID19/quarantine. If ever I have future needs/issues, Alaskan Fireplace will continue to be my go to and I will continue to recommend this company! Thank you for all you do!!

I came in with a part I thought I needed to replace. Before I bought it Ken said that he would check it. After checking it and him asking a series Ken told me to try to reset it with a switch I would not have found on the unit. They installed this unit for the previous owner and by looking up the address he could confirm the unit I had which made it easier him to help me. Thanks Ken for your help and saving me money on a part I did not need.
I just called this company and was given excellent expert help over the phone and for FREE!! I had initially assumed I'd need to schedule an appointment for a technician to come out to fix my gas fireplace. But the gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and was able to tell me exactly what to do to fix my issue. Thank you very much! I will definitely refer this company to anyone else in need of help with their gas fireplace. I am very satisfied and impressed.
