Hardly answers the phone, front desk doesn’t listen to the conversations being had. Consider hiring new people if you want customers.
I showed up unexpectedly on a busy Saturday looking for parts. Not only did they take time out of their day to help me, they also treated my kids very kindly! I feel like normal shops wouldn’t be happy to see two five year olds but they really liked having them there. Larry was amazing and so fun! Anyways, I’ll come here first to look for more parts or items.
This place is a joke. They had a truck online that had great pictures of certain sides/angles. Called and talked with them, made an appointment to drive the 2.5 hrs in and look at it the next day. Specifics I had asked the sales department where they assured me these things were good....found out to be otherwise. I ran up truck and it's accessories, found air system to be completely contaminated with oil, the unit had a 5 gallon overhaul. Head gasket was leaking.
