Jack did a great job on my A/C unit today and went over minor issues with me. He did a great job advising me of potential future concerns that assisted me in making a great decision of having part of my unit disassembled, cleaned and replaced. Alaskan A/C & Heating is the real deal! It was very easy to schedule our A/C tune up and we didn’t have to wait for a long period of time to get scheduled. You will receive a text message for when the tech will be out, as well as their name and even a little background on them, which I thought was a nice touch giving us something to visit about if we wanted.
