One evening my air conditioner stopped working. On recommendation from a friend. I called William from Alaska Air. He was on a job. He asked if I would mind him coming later that night? He would see if he could get it running , even if only a temporary fix so I could have air conditioning for the night. He arrived diagnosed the problem. William answered the phone as a professional would and I told him I needed a blower motor. He was prompt on arriving and got the numbers needed. He drove to Ft. Myers for the part and returned to put it in, only to find I needed a compressor too. He returned and put it in and I had air in 20 minutes!!! Thank God for an honest and reliable young man!!!
Wow. If I could rate 10 STARS, I WOULD! I am so so so happy with my service today. I’m so grateful to have had such an awesome HVAC expert (shout out to William!) come out to replace my coil for me. Unbeknownst to me (obviously not the HVAC expert) I did not realize how shot my coils were. I was wasting money & doing damage without even knowing it. I just want to say that Will has done great work for us at a very reasonable price! He responds to inquiries quickly he’s dependable, honest, and fair and does a great job! I always recommend him to friends and others.
