William was awesome! Very informative and came out quickly.
William with Alaskan Air came out on a evening emergency call! A hot week in Florida and our AC stopped working. He was able to replace the part on-site and got our AC up and running. Excellent service. Friendly and explained what happened. Alaskan Air is a reputable company!
First off I can’t say enough amazing things about William and his professionalism. He’s customer service is exceptional not to mention coming out immediately to give me a quote and turn around quickly. He’s very reasonable on pricing and provides great service. I hope I don’t need another ac unit for years to come but when I do he will be my first call. I highly recommend him!
