Terrible customer service.
I know one person in the Soldota branch is now involved with a dispute over property she bought (only bidder). The property was owned by a women with a documented mental disability. The property was purchased with no 'due diligence' and was only found out by the family only after being notified of trespassers cutting trees and breaking locks at the home. Michael Derrow, of the Federal Way WA branch, has been excellent in helping me with refinancing my home. He is one of the few lenders that is familiar with the Mortgage Credit Certificate and is helping me with the process to keep it with the refinance. Unlike other lenders that I worked with when first purchasing my home, Michael has been very communicative and professional at every turn. I will be recommending him to everyone I know in the same process.
