Only one dock that seems to be used, not a lot of room and MUST be EXACTLY straight otherwise their ramp "won't work". It's a ramp they slide out with the forklift, not even a ramp that's attached to dock. Have fun spending 30+ minutes trying to wiggle straight enough to make them happy. Dude took more smoke breaks than pallets in the trailer and I came with 26 pallets... Appointment was for 0800, I didn't get a dock till after 9am and empty with bills by 12.30pm

Don't do business with these guys, they are thugs. Delivered our $5,000.00 tub damaged. Delivery guy dropped it even after client showed the damage and told our client to call us for replacement. We got in touch with their claims department and for 3 MONTHS they didn't get back to us giving lousy excuses each time that it's in review process until after being pushed by us to only tell us that is was denied since the client took Delivery. If it were possible to give this company less than 1 star I would. Our business switched to them for the purpose of shipping Kayaks to Alaska. On our most recent shipment 2 Hobie kayaks were missing. I have no idea how you just lose 2 large fishing kayaks. Long story short because an employee of ours signed the delivery receipt prior to counting the boats Alaska Traffic has decided they are not going to offer any sort of compensation. Little bit tight for a 53 but manageable. Got there a little after 8:00 unloaded right away in and out.
