After meeting Tara at an event I made an appointment and waited 3-weeks, then was called 2-hours prior and told she wasn't available; and they'd call when she was, they still haven't called 1-month later ....
Was really hoping by now they would figure their crap out but obviously not. Owner of the group matsu who to use on Facebook. Anytime someone asks for a tax person if their ex employee and competitor is mentioned they ban you from commenting. This has been going on for years, so petty! Not very transparent. Not to mention they were a mess to work with when they did do my taxes. Totally dropped the ball, had to do an amendment because they got my children’s tax credit wrong.
