I cannot praise the folks at Alaska Service company any more highly, they are awesome. They were able to fix my issue in one visit, the same day that I called them, and were professional all the way. Khan diagnosed the issue and made the repair quickly and did a great job, he was very helpful, patient, and super knowledgeable. I will absolutely have them out on a regular basis for any maintenance and needed repairs.

We had them come look at our AC because it was 80 degrees in our brand new home and the employee said their was nothing wrong with the AC, but recommended we clean our coils, and then we were charged his fee. Fair enough. We did what he said, and 48 hours go by and nothing changes, so we call them back to look at it again and they scheduled an appointment. No one ever came back so we called to see what happened and the C0-OWNER said they cancelled it without telling us because apparently they don't even work on the A/C type ... read more

I started to have a water leak on my HVAC and contacted homeowner warranty company late afternoon and I got for second time Alaska Service Co.and they called around 7:30pm but I missed the call so I called back in the morning and same day we scheduled a visit between 1-3pm which usually doesn’t happens- The technician was Khan! We got home after a vacation to find out our ac wasn’t working. We called several places finding either they couldn’t come until a later date or didn’t call back within a reasonable amount of time. After calling Alaska they not only were quick to pick up, they came within an hour and a half (even earlier then estimated) and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be using them again if the occasion arises!
