Just a quick boat ride from the Spit in Homer, lies a peaceful home surrounded by unspoiled land with unbelievable views of China Poot Bay. There are two separate living spaces on the owners property. A beautiful two bedroom cabin style house fully loaded and a granny flat over looking the bay.
